Tory Burch studded bowler

Studs are all the rage this season - popping up on everything from bags to belts to shoes. Some pieces are stud-filled, while some have a minimum amount of rocker-chic detailing.


When I first saw Tory Burch's new studded bowler, I LIKED it. I knew I had to give it a second look. The shape instantly reminded me of the classic Vuitton Speedy.


I think this bag has just the right amount of studs. I love love love the black&gold combination as well. Plus, the optional shoulder strap makes it that much more functional.



I still haven't made up my mind on this one yet. It retails for $595 & can be purchased here @ net-a-porter.








Louis Vuitton Eclipse Speedy 28

My absolute favorite piece from the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2009 collection is the monogram Eclipse Speedy 28. Yes, I said 28. In case you weren't already aware, Vuitton created a new Speedy-size especially for this piece. Will the 28 stick around for different collections, maybe monogram? That is not know at this time.


This bag was released world-wide in stores back in August. I decided last month I was in love with this bag and needed to have it. Of course, I couldn't decide if I wanted the noir or the gold version. After much contemplating, I figured black would suit my wardrobe much better than the gold. I contacted Louis Vuitton and the representative I spoke with informed me that this bag - in black and gold - is entirely sold out in North America.


I am really disappointed I waited this long to try and track one ...
